About Howard University Office of Communications

The Office of University Communications (OUC) provides professional consultation and resources designed to assist programs and departments' communications and marketing efforts throughout Howard University. Our goal is to promote the mission and identity of Howard University through a variety of branding and communications for students, faculty, staff, friends of Howard, and the general public. This includes help with advertising, editing, graphic design, media relations, photography, publications, public relations, videography, web development, event planning, university presidential speeches, and presentations.
